Hill Phoenix manufactures some of the most technically complex refrigeration systems in North American retail — an enormous catalogue spanning display cases, walk-ins, and complete store installations, each carrying intricate specifications that mean different things to different people. Before this platform, that knowledge lived across disconnected PDFs, databases, and support calls.
One source of truth for a complex catalogue
We built a role-aware web application that surfaces the right information to the right person at the right moment: installation guides and wiring diagrams for the technician on-site, dimensional data and CAD exports for the design engineer, energy ratings and warranty detail for the buyer. A bidirectional ERP integration keeps every specification current without manual intervention, while an attribute-based search engine lets users filter across dozens of technical parameters simultaneously — cutting the time from question to answer from hours to seconds.
