A professional theatre's website has to do something no poster can: make someone who has never been through the door feel the pull of a live performance. For Theatrical Outfit, we built a site that gives each production room to breathe — photography, story, context — while keeping the path to purchase short. The addition of online season pass subscriptions opened a new revenue channel and deepened audience loyalty, while single ticket sales through the website rose 30%.
